Welcome to the x̌alilc (Halilts) Parent Teacher Organization! With your help, the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) provides an incredible level of support for our school. We want to ensure that each child gets the most out of their time here, that each family feels connected, and that each staff member feels appreciated and supported. Throughout the year, we will be sharing plenty of opportunities to gather with each other and build upon our school community.
⚡ Move-a-thon Fundraiser is LIVE ⚡
Let’s Get Moving, Orcas! Move-a-thon is the ONLY fundraiser for the 2025-2026 school year, and we need all hands on deck to reach this year’s goal of $85,000! Fundraising runs through October 10th – 24th.
Come cheer on our kids on Friday October 24th as they take on an obstacle course and fun run/walk on the playground to wrap up two weeks of fundraising and sharing our school spirit with family, friends, and neighbors.
This Year’s Goal: $85,000
Every single dollar goes directly back to creating joy for our kids. We’re talking yearbooks for everyone, hands-on STEM supplies, teacher grants that spark creative learning, art materials, library books, garden supplies, sensory tools, tech devices, educational software, recess gear, and community events that bring us all together. This is how we make the magic happen!
Volunteer at School This Year
Getting cleared to volunteer is a straightforward online process. Once approved we’ll add you to the list for online signups for everything from recess activities to teacher appreciation treats.
