Welcome to Blakely PTO

The Blakely PTO is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that provides support and added enrichment activities for all students at Blakely Elementary. All parents are automatically members of the PTO just by having kids at the school.

The PTO collaborates with the administration and teachers at Blakely to ensure that every child has opportunities to learn both academic and social and emotional skills; every family feels supported and connected to the school community; and every staff member feels appreciated and empowered to do what they do best.

Volunteering is a fun way to get involved in the school, support our kids, and meet other families (and our wonderful Blakely staff). Your volunteering options are nearly endless: everything from reading with a child for an hour to coordinating one of our fun events. For more information, check out the Volunteering tab above.

Our Mission Statement

The Blakely PTO exists to 1) strengthen and enrich the classroom experience of Blakely School students, 2) foster a sense of community and cooperation among our parent, teacher, staff and student community by providing events and activities that bring people together in a social environment, 3) facilitate communication among our community members and 4) raise funds to support our mission.
