Beyond BHS 2023

The BHS PTSO has the opportunity to provide a dinner for the Beyond BHS presenters on the evening of Thursday, March 2nd.

To help make this evening a success, we are looking for volunteers to contribute chili, salads, cornbread, desserts, beverages & flowers.  Please scroll down to the bottom of the SignUp to see these volunteer slots.  Your help would be very much appreciated.

Beyond BHS Event Details

Check out post-high school options and hear from the experts! Brought to you by the BHS Counseling Team & CTE Department.

Future Fair (1:15-3:30 p.m.); Main Gym

Representatives from various post-high school options will be present during 5th & 6th periods to share information and answer questions.

• Two-year and four-year college options
• Apprenticeships
• Local employment opportunities
• Military pathways

Evening Event (6-8 p.m.); BHS 300 Building

An evening designed to help students and parents/guardians navigate the post-high school process and the world beyond BHS. This event is intended for 10th and 11th grade students and their parents/guardians, but all are welcome! Sessions include:

• Information from private and public college reps
• Overview of the BHS college application process
• Military academies
• Financial aid guidance
• And more!
