A message from your PTO Treasurer:

Hey there Otters! Ordway PTO has scheduled a budget meeting to discuss and plan our budget for the upcoming school year. The goal is to help everyone learn more about how their donations are raised and responsibly spent, and to provide suggestions to guide the crafting of next year’s budget proposal.

The budget meeting will be held June 1 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Ordway library. Then the 2023/2024 Ordway PTO budget will be voted to approve during the general Ordway PTO meeting on Monday, June 12 at 6:30 p.m.

Pizza, beverages, and childcare are available. But most important of all – we’ll have YOU, because it’s YOUR hard work, YOUR generosity, and YOUR ideas that make Ordway such a positive community for us all.

  • 2022/23 budget vs. actuals, presented by Bob, treasurer

    • Newly proposed line items (emergency preparedness, Enrichment Grant Applications)

    • Expanding existing line items (individual staff support, Boo Bash, carnival, library)

    • Reduce existing line items (after school enrichment)

    • Eliminate existing line items (outdoor education)
